Simac IDS is delivering SaaS solutions for Engagement management and proactive Student support in Higher Education.

Your challenge

Your role
As a Sales Consultant you will be an active member of our dynamic Sales and partner team. You will be building relationships with our customers and prospects in the Higher Education sector in the UK, you:

  • Understand the Education processes and acquire and maintain a good functional overview of our systems solution, investigate best practices, give sales presentations and demos for our prospects.
  • You become a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and advice to our customers during the Onboarding process.
  • Can listen and translate customer requirements into functionality our solutions deliver, being realistic and guiding our customers during the onboarding project.
  • Have an open ear for the institutions processes, help translating them into dedicated workflow processes. This is an agile process supported by our team in which you manage customer communication.
  • Give pre-sales demonstrations and presentations, deliver content for Marketing.
  • Team with the implementation consultant in new projects, communicate with senior University level including the project board. Team with the support organisation for existing customers and participate in supplier meetings.
  • Keep track of the implementation progress and manage expectations of project team and board. Represent us as company with our prospects and customers.
  • have an open mind, act as a customer ambassador, discuss and value customer requirements and look for improvements in Presto, active support to our roadmap.

  • £35k – 50k DOE
  • Employer pension contribution 5%, annual result bonus and Sales bonus,
  • 29 days annual leave including banking holidays.
