Would you like to get notified about students at risk?

Presto Flow is our workflow automation system that empowers Institution’s to monitor student engagement holistically.

We work with our customers to create completely bespoke algorithms for student engagement, to ensure you can identify students who might be struggling. Not only can you identify students, but you can actively support them within the system. In order for data to be actionable, you need processes, and we appreciate how complex and individual those processes are to each Institution. One size does not fit all.

Presto Flow enables users to create bespoke communications within the workflow, both automatically and manually. Cases can be reassigned to different University service areas, to ensure your students are receiving the most appropriate and specialist support at all times.

Bespoke Algorithms: Presto Flow utilises complex and stacked business rules that can utilise attendance data (virtual and on campus), VLE data, submissions data and library usage to ensure your Institution can accurately identify students who may be at risk of academic failure.

Improved Case Management: Presto flow automatically creates and assigns student cases to the appropriate staff member, with completely configurable stages and full audit trail. Automated transitions are always in place for instances of non-engagement by staff, to ensure no student goes unnoticed.

Automated Communications: Automated student and staff emails can be included at all stages of the case management system, including signposting information, appointment details, and links to outstanding cases, saving time for your staff members.

Appointment Booking with ease: Presto Flow’s Appointment booking system, with functionality to include MS Teams links, makes engaging with students fast and efficient.
